Job Summary

A software developer that creates tools for use in higher education needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Development Customer Success Advisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring our scholars and university clients have the best possible experience
  • Answering all questions, educating and empowering customers to become better users
  • Looking for solutions to problems and proposing improvements if something could work better

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-4 years experience working in customer support helpdesk or similar role for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform
  • Experience providing technical and/or training support for technology
  • Salesforce, Zendesk, HelpScout, or similar CRM experience
  • Experience testing and reporting software bugs to engineering
  • Excellent organization, project management, time management, and communication skills
