A software developer that creates tools for use in higher education needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Development Customer Success Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring our scholars and university clients have the best possible experience
- Answering all questions, educating and empowering customers to become better users
- Looking for solutions to problems and proposing improvements if something could work better
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-4 years experience working in customer support helpdesk or similar role for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform
- Experience providing technical and/or training support for technology
- Salesforce, Zendesk, HelpScout, or similar CRM experience
- Experience testing and reporting software bugs to engineering
- Excellent organization, project management, time management, and communication skills
