Job Summary

A global software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Development Developer Portals Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading a team of engaged engineers -- building autonomy, mastery, and purpose
  • Working with internal engineering teams, understanding pain points, setting clear vision/roadmap to improve internal product development
  • Rebuilding and taking ownership over our Admin Panel, the largest internal product surface

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer building product
  • You have 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
  • Successfully managed a team of 3+ Software Engineers
  • You are comfortable with React, JavaScript, and have a pulse on the cutting-edge product development ecosystem
  • You have experience working with many kinds of teams -- engineering, CX, Trust & Safety, ops, and more
  • You are comfortable writing the roadmap -- not just following one
