Job Summary

A media company is filling a position for a Remote Software Development Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading teams to create exceptional SaaS product experiences
  • Building solutions to the most important customer businesses challenges
  • Leading an organization of 5+ full stack product development teams

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of architecting & building products from pre-launch through maturity
  • 5 + years experience directly managing other engineering leaders & software engineers
  • Experience working in a global business with employees and customers in multiple time zones
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps and cloud infrastructure services (AWS preferred)
  • Hands-on skills in one or more object-oriented programming languages (Java/J2EE preferred)
