An IT consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Development Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and potentially maintaining of advanced software systems and their features
- Interacting with customers and partners to scope and estimate user stories from acceptance criteria
- Producing highly testable code with an emphasis on quality and correctness
Position Requirements Include:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 2+ years of professional experience as an SDE
- Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
- Proficiency in C# and SQL
- Knowledge and experience with code coverage, unit/integration tests, TDD and CI/CD concepts
- Knowledge and experience with version control systems, e.g., git, SVN, TFVC
