Job Summary
An online food ordering platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Development Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining responsibility for both engineering team execution and people management and development
- Guiding day-to-day priorities, shepherding key product and technology initiatives
- Developing the execution skills that taking us through our next wave of growth
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 8 years on-the-job development experience with progression to a senior technical level
- Demonstrated ability to build and mentor a high performance team
- Ability to translate business priorities into viable technology initiatives, and deliver
- Experience developing realistic project plans, managing stakeholder expectations, and tracking team execution
- Hands-on experience instrumenting, deploying and monitoring production code
- All other requirements necessary for this position
