- Have an experimentation mindset, strong data chops, and experience creating executive and fine-grained level reporting
- Deep understanding of growth loops, conversion funnels, and marketing channels
- Technically savvy enough to stand up and integrate on landing pages
- An obsession with achieving growth goals, no experiment or test left behind
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of hypotheses and outcomes
