Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Development Legal Head.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of attorneys that support company’s GTM, privacy, and product needs
  • Negotiating complex SaaS commercial agreements
  • Becoming an expert in ProductBoard’s product platform, security, operations, and offerings to offer practical and strategic counseling

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • You have 8+ years of experience, including several years of in-house experience
  • Experience overseeing a broad range of legal subject matter
  • Experience drafting, redlining, and negotiating complex commercial agreements with a solution-oriented approach
  • Possess a deep understanding of privacy and other regulations impacting the business, including CCPA and GDPR
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are able to work on multiple projects
  • You excel at communicating effectively with business and legal folks, both internally and externally
