Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Development Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading and growing a team of software developers in the design and construction of web-based solutions
  • Being responsible for technical architecture and technology choices
  • Ensuring that development and design standards stay current with modern technology

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum 3 years leading a technical team
  • BA or BS degree or higher
  • Knowledge and understanding of project life cycle methodologies
  • Technical skills in Microsoft-centric web development
  • Excellent understanding of Object Oriented Programming
  • Strong time management, organizational, follow-up and communication skills (oral and written)
