Job Summary

A data and software service company is seeking a Remote Software Development Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring delivery in time and quality of internal and offshore teams
  • Conducting hiring interviews, performance reviews, organize team backups and build knowledge base
  • Designing and developting solutions in C++ and .NET, code reviews, release management

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor/master’s degree with a technical background
  • At least 5 years of experience as SW developer in ERP/.NET implementation projects
  • At least 5 years of experience leading multiple teams of size between 5 and 12 people each
  • IT architecture & strategy experience and knowledge
  • Experience with CI/CD and GIT/Jira/Confluence and/or VSTS/DevOps/SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Dynamics AX2012/D365FO, MS SQL (T-SQL)
