Remote Software Development Manager

Job Summary

A software developer is filling a position for a Remote Software Development Manager.

Must be able to:

• Manage a team of talented software engineers responsible for the design and development of deliverables within the overall software development lifecycle
• Manage and execute against program increments and delivery commitments
• Coach and manage team resources, including staffing, mentoring, and career development of individual members

Required Skills:

• BS in Computer Science or related degree and 5+ years of software engineering management experience and 10+ years of software development experience building and scaling applications
• Demonstrated experience in AGILE software development
• Demonstrated track record of successfully hiring, motivating, retaining and effectively deploying talented software developers to perform against aggressive delivery goals
• Experience managing both local and remote and international offshore software engineers
