Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Development Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Develop and follow the right process and procedures; providing coaching and guidance to team
  • Apply leadership skills and a proven record of delivering quality products for client use
  • Lead the software teams for entire life cycle while providing coaching and guidance to teams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A university degree; advanced degrees in Information management, Computer Science,
  • At least 8-years of professional experience
  • Experience leading a Large to medium-sized team
  • Recent experience working in Agile teams
  • At least 12 years’ experience building software in either .Net/ C# or Java
  • Full-Stack with experience in ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web Form, .NET Core and more
