An eCommerce company is in need of a Remote Software Development Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Representing the organization on technical matters with senior leadership
  • Identifying and delivering innovative technical solutions
  • Defining and building technical architecture that will scale for the long-term

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams
  • 5+ years hands-on programming experience in Java, C#, C++, or similar
  • 5+ years of experience with OO design and common design patterns.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, managing engineers
  • 3+ years of experience architecting and designing
