Job Summary

A software provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Development Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing the Software Development Team
• Managing the daily scrum calls
• Leading the team from Design to production deployment and post deployment support

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years' experience as a Software Development Manager, managing scrum teams for software delivery
• Strong People management, technical leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate across IT disciplines and teams including third parties
• Good understanding of database and data fundamentals in SQL Server 2019, Oracle and NoSql databases
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline or work-related equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of Software Development best practices and agile development methodologies is required
