Job Summary

A cloud-based construction management software company has a current position open for a Remote Software Development Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing teams with in-house and outsourced software engineers and software QA engineers
  • Participating in all aspects of the software development lifecycle as needed
  • Developing and communicating effectively

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field or equivalent
  • 4 years experience working as a Development Manager or similar role
  • Able to conduct code reviews with the team
  • Experience managing software teams with short release cycles
  • Experience working and/or supporting B2B SaaS web-based applications
  • Experience hiring and building teams with internal resources and outsourcing firms
