Job Summary
A software-as-a-service technology company is seeking a Remote Software Development Manager in Minneapolis.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating resource estimates, work breakdowns, and task scheduling
- Day-to-day management of large, complex technology projects, as well as short-term customer issues and escalations
- Planning, managing, and executing software development sprints
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent technical discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ professional experience in the software engineering field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a team lead or engineering management role
- Experience with multiple programming languages
- Ability to successfully manage software development engineering teams
