- Build training and development programs to prepare employees for increased responsibilities

- Drive operational excellence within People Operations
Position Requirements Include:
- Led People Teams previously and have a diverse background across multiple areas within Human Resources
- Expert knowledge of HR technologies
- Expert in using data and analytics to deliver meaningful improvements and growth
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to create sustainable Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives through all levels of the business
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, prioritize issues, and provide employees with the highest quality employee experience
