Job Summary

A financial services and investment firm has a current position open for a Remote Software Development Principal.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee the software design process
  • Design, code, debug, test and deploy software
  • Learn the business and requirements of our customers and translate those into technical solutions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 10+ years of Software development experience
  • Strong SQL knowledge, RDBMS experience on any recognized database (Oracle, Aurora, MySQL, Postgres, Redshift)
  • Experience on the AWS platform (S3, Lambda, EMR, Redshift, SQS, RDS, DynamoDB Services Preferred)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design and DevOps methodologies and tools (Jenkins, GitLab, CloudFormation)
  • Able to lead others in solving complex problems by taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
  • Ability to work in multiple technologies and determine/apply optimal solutions
