Remote Software Development Senior Director

Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Development Senior Director.

Must be able to:

• Define service(s) strategy and roadmap by partnering with the product management
• Represent your organization at the VP and SVP level
• Use the experience and expertise to operate large scale software fleets

Required Skills:

• 7+ years experience in managing large-scale organizations, preferably with multiple layers of management
• 10+ years of designing, delivering, and operating large scale distributed systems in production environments
• Demonstrable success mentoring and growing engineers and people managers to senior levels
• Prior experience in owning and managing SaaS/IaaS services
• Strong knowledge of networking, distributed systems and high-performance computing fundamentals
• Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development
