Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Development Senior Engineer in Omaha.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, implement, and support high-end, reliable, performant, and scalable software solutions
  • Participate in a self-organized agile development team to prioritize and manage a large workload
  • Perform troubleshooting and resolve application/data issues working with client support and operations partners

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software development
  • Experience with the following languages: COBOL, JCL, Shell scripting (preferably KSH), and SQL
