Job Summary

A software development and cybersecurity company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Development Senior Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building, expanding, improving platform and infrastructure
  • Owning the end-to-end delivery of projects from conception and designing to development, integration and production monitoring
  • Enabling a wide set of internal and external builders to build on a solid platform with great experience

Required Skills:

  • Experience building, leading and maturing one or more team(s) of 4-10 as a Manager with people responsibilities for at least 3 years
  • You are first and foremost a people person who has the ability to attract and motivate top talent and build inclusive teams
  • You are curious, collaborative, humble and have empathy as a key trait
  • Experience delivering and operating complex software & data solutions
  • You are comfortable working with large distributed cloud-based systems, know principles of scalability well
  • Familiar with technologies like: AWS EC2, S3, Dynamo, ElasticSearch, Kinesis, RDS, Kubernetes
