A reverse mortgage provider is seeking a Remote Software Development Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading agile engineering teams
- Promoting sharing of domain expertise and knowledge across the team
- Providing technical guidance, prioritization and unblocking the team
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience architecting and designing
- 3+ years of people management experience, managing engineers
- 8+ years of software development of enterprise systems and applications
- 7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams
- Experience partnering with product OR program management teams
- Excellent Knowledge of the new technology trends
