Job Summary

A SaaS technology company is in need of a Remote Software Development Senior Manager in Minneapolis.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinating, conducting, and facilitating technical discussions and participate in product design decisions
• Coordinating with product management, operations, customer support and other functional teams to investigate issues and deliver high-quality solutions
• Managing large, complex technology projects, as well as short-term customer issues and escalations

Required Skills:

• Understanding of software design and development processes with emphasis on continuous improvement and integration in a test driven environment
• In-depth understanding of Agile software development framework and demonstrated experience in applying Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent oral and written communications and interpersonal skills
