A software development company is seeking a Remote Software Development Support Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the Technical Support function
  • Developing, implementing, and improving our Support systems
  • Making sure our customers have a consistently delightful support experience, using data, surveys and direct engagement

Qualifications Include:

  • Has relevant previous experience, particularly supporting a product that has highly-technical users and in B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience working and leading in a remote first environment
  • Proven experience in creating strategies on how best to incorporate a remote first mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
