Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Software Development Team Lead Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Manage roadmap execution and delivery of product releases
  • Drive agile methodology to manage product timelines and deliverables
  • Lead multi-disciplinary/cross functional teams and drive effective collaboration between US and Offshore teams

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor degree in CS, EE or related discipline required
  • 8+ years experience in software engineering, 5+ years full-stack (frontend and backend)
  • A thorough understanding of modern development practices and strong systems analysis/design skills
  • Familiarity with AWS PaaS capabilities (e.g. API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, etc)
  • Familiarity with container platforms (e.g. Kubernetes, Fargate, Docker, etc.) and serverless architecture
  • Experience leveraging automated environments and tooling (e.g. automated testing/deployment, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, etc)
