Job Summary
A software Development company is in need of a Remote Software Development Workforce Experience Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and maintaining business continuity plans (BCPs)
- Managing ergonomic and home equipment request process and related policies
- Providing regular reports and operational updates to leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications Include:
- 7+ years of experience driving culture and employee engagement in a global organization or
- A related field in a global high-growth, high-change start-up or tech-based organization
- Experience working with influencing, and facilitating programs with high adoption and utilization for all levels of employees
- Experience leading and driving successful global internal communications
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to build and foster trusted partnerships with leaders and employees at all levels
