Remote Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer (Remote - Work from Anywhere).

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of backend services focusing on high availability, fault tolerance, and security
• Participate in the full end-to-end lifecycle of the services owned by the team, supporting development, testing, and production operations
• Engage in continuous learning through code reviews and pair programming to enhance technical skills

Required Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge of software engineering principles and proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language, preferably Python
• Basic understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native patterns
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD patterns and automated testing
• Exposure to or strong desire to learn Event-Driven Architecture and Domain-Driven Design
• A dedicated workspace and a reliable internet connection
