Remote Software Engineer

Job Summary

Remote Software Engineer, responsible for building backend infrastructure for a federated AI platform, working full-time on AWS Lambda functions, API design, and data integration, contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct AWS Lambda functions for event-based pipelines and ensure high load handling through testing
• Design and implement APIs for data interaction and oversee Model Context Protocol server development
• Define standards for component-based responses to enhance user experience in conversational interfaces

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of server-side JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js) experience
• Expertise in SQL and experience with PostgreSQL and Redshift
• Experience with cloud-based, event-driven architecture and serverless functions (AWS Lambda)
• Familiarity with large-scale, distributed systems and agile/scrum environments
• Experience with AWS AI/ML-adjacent services is a plus
