Job Summary

To enhance an AI platform used by enterprise teams globally, the full-time Remote Software Engineer specializing in Rust will develop and maintain backend services, ensuring performance and reliability in a cloud-native environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services in Rust on Kubernetes-native cloud infrastructure
• Contribute to the design and implementation of distributed systems for AI and ML workloads
• Write clean, well-tested code and actively participate in code reviews

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles
• 4+ years of experience with Rust as a primary programming language
• Experience in cloud-native, distributed environments
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and microservices architecture
• Exposure to AI, ML platforms, or LLM/RAG workflows
