Remote Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a flexible contract basis, the part-time Software Engineer (AI Training) will write, debug, and optimize code while reviewing AI-generated outputs to enhance AI systems' coding capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency
• Provide structured feedback and design coding prompts to test AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong problem-solving instincts and systematic debugging approach
• Clear written communication skills for explaining technical decisions
