Remote Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the advancement of AI technology, a freelance Software Engineer (AI Training) will work remotely to write, debug, and optimize code while reviewing and evaluating AI-generated outputs for correctness and efficiency, committing between 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various programming languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices
• Provide structured feedback and design coding prompts to enhance AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Able to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
