Job Summary

To support the mission of modernizing training solutions, the contract-to-hire Remote Software Engineer will develop immersive software applications and contribute to the EMPACT Immersive Learning Platform while working in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain immersive software applications for training solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the EMPACT platform's features and performance
• Integrate modern technologies, including AI, to improve user experience and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in software development, with a focus on immersive technologies
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
• Strong background in programming languages relevant to software engineering
• Experience working in remote teams and agile development environments
• U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residency with authorization to work in the U.S
