Remote Software Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a fully remote team on a contract basis, the Software Engineer will focus on remediating application security vulnerabilities across enterprise banking applications while working with a modern Microsoft technology stack, including ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with development and security teams to identify, remediate, test, and deploy fixes for application vulnerabilities
- Ensure stability and code quality through hands-on development and testing processes
- Utilize deployment technologies such as Harness and OpenShift to manage application updates
Required qualifications
- Strong experience with ASP.NET/ASP.NET Core and C#
- Experience supporting .NET Framework and/or .NET applications
- Proficiency in using Harness and Git for source control and deployment
- Advanced SQL Server skills, including stored procedures and query optimization
- Familiarity with OpenShift deployments and containerized environments
