Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Software Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Evaluating query plans
- Identifying actual or potential performance bottlenecks
- Contributing to next generation database schema design
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have significant experience creating/maintaining SSIS packages and SSRS Reports
- Strong experience with SQL Server (DB Design, Query Optimization, Indexing)
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or experience
- Ability to quickly grasp new technology concepts
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet deadlines
