Job Summary
A privately-held information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Software Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering high quality results while working in an agile development environment
- Delivering NetBackup and MSDP storage deduplication features
- Developing Client-Server applications running in cross-platform environment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- MS/BS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related field of study with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of file systems, storage and cloud technologies, emerging standards and engineering best practices
- Working knowledge of API fundamentals and best practices
- Knowledge of delivering into cloud based environments using standard CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Artifactory) and best practices
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
