Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Software Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work on open source and closed source products
- Take end-to-end responsibility for new features, improvements, and fixes
- Coordinate across groups of developers (depending on level)
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have several years of industry experience or academic experience
- Bring a deep understanding of Java and JVM mechanics
- Have good knowledge of distributed and database systems
- Experience in building data-intensive applications or solutions
- Have a good grasp of data structures and algorithms
- Knowing how to write clean, testable, and maintainable code
