Job Summary
A customer engagement service provider has an open position for a Remote Software Engineer I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with the design, testing and implementation of systems upgrades and enhancements
- Developing with an understanding of implication of performance, security and best practices for system configuration
- Recommending improvements or changes to technical and functional designs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Microsoft Office 360 applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel) knowledge
- Windows/Unix Operating System knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle knowledge
- Knowledge of database systems and Structured Query Language (SQL) knowledge
