Job Summary

A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Engineer II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standup meetings
  • Generate code for software according to specifications
  • Run and monitor performance and functionality tests

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Limited travel
  • 3+ years of direct programming experience in a Drupal/PHP web development environment
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum software development practices
  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Javascript and jQuery
  • Proficient with ReactJS, NextJS or GatsbyFluency in HTML 5, CSS 3 and responsive web development
