Remote Software Engineer II
Job Summary
A government consulting agency has a current position open for a Remote Software Engineer II.
Must be able to:
- Code software components, units, and modules
- Collaborate with other members of the development team and program team to deliver solutions
- Design, write, test, troubleshoot, and document application code
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in designing web applications, REST APIs and database schema with UI/UX focus
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
- 2+ years' experience in software design & development, including leveraging Web Services and APIs
- Extensive experience working as part of a Scrum (or other an agile framework)
- Strong experience in JavaScript, especially using one or more modern frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue
