Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency is in need of a Remote Software Engineer Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and managing existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role
- Ensuring risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled
- Leading code/design reviews to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate planning for multiple teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field of study, OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum
- 8 years of software development experience demonstrating depth of technical understanding
- Highly proficient in software engineering languages and tools; ability to develop on multiple platforms
- Technical design leadership experience
- Experience with development, Maintenance and Production, and DevOps including purchased packages
