Job Summary

A payments company has an open position for a Remote Software Engineer Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Participating in client facing meetings
  • Developing, administering, and recommending billable hours and resource estimates
  • Assisting with on-the-job training and providing in-depth expertise and advice to software engineers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business / Management Information Systems or related field
  • Typically minimum of 6 years - Professional Experience In Coding, Designing, Developing And Analyzing Data
  • Typically has an advanced knowledge and use of two or more opposing front / back end languages / technologies
  • Linux distributions including one or more for the following: Ubuntu, CentOS/RHEL, Amazon Linux
  • Back-end technologies - Java, Python, .NET, Ruby, Mainframe COBOL, Mainframe Assembler
