- Leading our design and architecture committees and building consensus around design decisions

- Experience in making decisions about design and architecture on an enterprise scale
- Experience in event driven systems, Microservices vs monoliths, and Legacy system migration
- Great communicator, are comfortable presenting to external parties
- Thrive in a fast-paced early stage startup environment
- 3+ years of experience in architecture and design
