An engineering company is in need of a Remote Software Engineering Associate Director in San Diego.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading and directing in large-scale, sophisticated, multi-functional projects
• Advising root cause analysis of critical business and production issues
• Providing supervision and development opportunities for associates

Required Skills:

• Some travel may be involved as part of this role where prior notice will be given
• 10+ years of proven experience in various elements of full-stack software development
• B.S. and 6 years' proven track record in software engineering
• Proven track record to earn respect, trust, and influence from people you work with
• Understanding of the medical device technology domain
• Hands-on experience building scalable backend systems and platforms
