Job Summary
A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Engineering Career Prep Coach.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Tracking, managing and recording fellow data and behavioral management in our database
- Developing, revising and delivering content for Career Prep seminars and webinars
- Reading and evaluating applications and making recommendations for program admission
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel 3 weekends a year to program seminars/events
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in a professional setting
- 2-3 years’ experience in software engineering, and a strong professional success profile
- Experience tracking and reporting data (ideally utilizing Salesforce)
- Passion for and track record of coaching college students and/or professionals
