Job Summary
A leading insurance company has an open position for a Remote Software Engineering DevOps Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Completing advanced software end to end engineering tasks
- Designing, developing, analyzing, configuring, testing, and debugging
- Troubleshooting, documenting, health monitoring/alerting, and implementing
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of related experience; including insurance / financial services industry experience
- Five years of programming/development experience (Node.js, Java or .NET)
- Interprets internal/ external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve SDLC processes
- Understanding and experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions and container builds using Docker
- Cloud experience, specifically working with AWS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or its equivalent in work experience
