Job Summary
An advertising and marketing intelligence company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Engineering Director.
Must be able to:
- Manage and mentor a development team of both senior and junior level Software Engineers
- Be actively involved in day to-day projects to meet schedules and resolve problems
- Work on multiple release plans at any given time, planning ahead for the future releases
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 10+ years active software development experience with 5+ years in managing development teams
- Proven ability to manage, mentor and motivate teams
- Experience working with offsite developers and internal customers/stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work on or oversee multiple, major projects and ensure they are delivered on time according to project schedules
