A portfolio of digital companies specializing in connecting consumers and brands is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Engineering Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving the improvement and strategy of the telesales product
- Serving as a player and a coach to a number of engineering managers as direct reports.
- Ensuring that organizational security policies and procedures are implemented and enforced
Qualifications for this position include:
- Open to learning Back-End or Front-End languages
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional delivery teams.
- Experience in DevOps culture
- Familiarity with automated testing, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code
- Familiarity with public cloud offerings such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Experience leading full-stack engineering team
