Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Software Engineering Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Act as a key leader in growing and maturing this new platform and the engineering team behind it
  • Develop your team and the environment, processes, and procedures needed to support their deliverables
  • Nurture & scale DevOps environment that practices continuous delivery & shared, end-to-end ownership to meet requirements

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience growing and leading high-performing, agile technical teams
  • Able to manage complex technical initiatives from start to finish effectively and efficiently
  • Practitioner of DevOps/GitOps/CI/CD and capable of cultivating the non-functional requirements that make them successful
  • Strong programming fundamentals with exposure to multiple languages
  • Experience developing services or applications in Ruby, Python, TS/JS, Go or a similar language
