Candidates will be responsible for the following:

- Proven understanding of how to best motivate a team with ability to give great advice
- Years of experience in software design and development, leading multiple high-performing engineering teams
- Years of experience and strong expertise with languages like: Ruby, Java, TypeScript, Kotlin, .NET, and Scala
