Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Engineering Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Autonomously leading one or more teams of software engineers in building best-of-breed software and services for our customers
- Hireing and growing senior engineering and management talent to meet the needs of our fast-growing business
- Developing long-term roadmaps, determining priorities, and setting goals for your team(s)
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering or similar field; AND 10+ years of relevant experience; OR
- 15+ years of relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience in engineering management
- 2+ years of experience managing managers
- 4+ years of experience working as a software engineer
- Ability to establish processes and metrics upholding a culture of high standards and accountability
