Job Summary

A cloud software company has an open position for a Remote Software Engineering Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building and releasing new versions of services
  • Delivering seamless cross-product solutions
  • Recruiting, developing and retaining management team and staff

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 10 years' experience leading or managing Software Engineering teams
  • five years delivering SaaS (cloud-based) products.
  • Experience managing a cross-functional software development team of people managers, 20+ software engineers
  • Demonstrated technical leadership in the areas of software architecture
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once with sound time management skills
  • Proven track record of delivering high quality releases on schedule
